Andy, a native of Great Barrington, Massachusetts spent 10 seasons (2007 - 2016) coaching and recruiting at multiple levels of college baseball. He started his career as a graduate assistant at our alma mater, Marist College (2007). Andy was hired as the top assistant coach at Vassar College from 2008-13 where he coached 21 All-League players and 3 All-Region players. From 2014-2016 Andy was the hitting coach at William & Mary College where he helped the Tribe to a 2016 CAA Championship and NCAA Regional final.

A native of East Greenbush, New York, Keith coached at the collegiate level from 2008 - 2022. He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of West Alabama in 2008-09. He then was an assistant coach at Siena College from 2009-11. After Siena, he went to the high school level as an assistant at Columbia High School from 2011-2013. In the fall of 2013, Keith was named an assistant coach at RPI where he would be elevated to head coach in 2018 before the start of the 2019 season.
